Terms & Conditions

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Consumers have the following rights:
Cooling-Off Period: You have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive the Goods.
Notification: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
Returns Process: Once you have notified us, you should request a Return to Manufacturer Document/Number. While this assists in the prompt processing of your refund, your right to cancel is not dependent on this number.
Condition of Goods: You are entitled to examine the Goods as you would in a shop, but you must return them in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by excessive handling.
Return Costs: The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the Goods is the responsibility of the Buyer.

The statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to business customers.
Restocking Fee: For Goods ordered in error or no longer required by a business Buyer, the Seller reserves the right to apply a 25% handling and restocking charge.
Returns will only be accepted for business customers at the Seller’s absolute discretion and must be authorised in advance.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the Goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or full refund within the first 30 days of receipt.

These Conditions apply to all contracts to the exclusion of any other terms the Buyer may seek to impose.
Contract Formation: No order shall be binding until accepted by the Seller. A contract is only formed when the Seller confirms acceptance or despatches the Goods.
Acceptance: Taking delivery of the Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.

The Seller warrants that the Goods will match the description provided at the time of delivery. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to ensure the compatibility and suitability of the Goods for their specific project prior to ordering. The Seller reserves the right to make minor modifications to specifications, designs, or materials as necessary.

Pricing: The price shall be the Seller’s current list price or the price quoted in a formal quotation.
Price Revisions: The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices prior to despatch to reflect increases in costs. If a price is revised, the Buyer will be notified and given the option to cancel the order for a full refund.
VAT: All prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of despatch.
Delivery: Postage and packaging costs are shown separately and are payable by the Buyer.
